About Me

Welcome to a space of healing and growth! I'm Megan Lynn, your guide on this journey toward transformation, growth, and empowerment.


My path to becoming a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach has been both unique and deeply personal.

After nearly a decade as a nurse, I felt a disconnect between the traditional healthcare approach and true, holistic healing. This realization led me to explore herbalism, igniting a passion that transformed my career and life. In 2018, I fully embraced this new calling, leaving nursing to pursue holistic wellness.


My philosophy is simple yet profound: uncover and address the root causes of our challenges, not just the symptoms. I believe in a holistic approach, considering mental/emotional health, physical wellbeing, relationships, spirituality, and purpose. This integrated perspective ensures comprehensive healing and personal growth.


My qualifications extend across various disciplines. With a background in nursing, I am also an herbalist, with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Coaching, Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Shadow Work, and Inner Child Healing. Currently, I am advancing my expertise with a Master's in Metaphysical Sciences.


My journey has been marked by significant personal growth and healing, leveraging the holistic approach to shadow work and inner child healing. This personal experience, combined with my professional training, has equipped me with the tools and passion to support others in their paths to wellness.


In my practice, active listening is key. I strive to understand all facets of a client's life, encouraging open-mindedness and a willingness to occasionally step out of comfort zones. My attributes as a compassionate listener, a non-judgmental observer, and an empathetic coach, guide my clients towards positive growth and healing.
